Room was exactly as described! Very central location (2 min walk to the beach, a beautiful promenade and all necessary shops). Very good airconditioning, and nice with a minifridge

Great location. No noise in November for our week. Very comfortable large bed. Large terrace area which is wonderful to sit out on, on the sunny days. Easy walking to places to eat and the beaches. We would return.

The accommodation looks the same as in the pictures. The location is right next to a boardwalk, there are a lot of nice spots to eat and drink, also there are shops and markets nearby. The main street that takes you to the center of the city is right there as well. There is a nice beach and a promenade by the sea really close, 1-2 minute by foot. The staff was nice and communication was prompt and good. Cleaning was regular (taking out the garbage, swiping the floor, changing towels) and there was a change of sheets at some point of the stay. The location is also really close to bus stations to get all over Ayia Napa and other places/beaches.

The room was big and recently renovated. Separated shower and toilet was very handy. The flat was overall clean.

Really cosy and nice place with sea view balcony, close to the center but not in the loudy area. There are a nice sandy beach and a beautiful promenade by the sea really close, 1 minute by walk. You can find a nice taverna and a coffee shop downstairs. The stuff was really nice and gave us a list with good recommendations and the cleaning ladies were coming every morning. Really close to bus stations to get all over Ayia Napa and other places (10 minutes by bus to Nissi beach for example and 20 minutes to Protaras). Also nearby the location is a big supermarket that is open until midnight. You can do self check-in and also keep the card-key in a self place when you are out in town !

The location was amazing near the harbour. And beach. Lovely tasteful sea style decor. Comfy bed. Even the sofa bed had a thick mattress The cleaner was friendly and offered to change our towels on second day but we had hardly used them so declined. Good value for money. Air con was great.

Best location in the harbour, very close to two main streets with markets, shops and restaurants and beach, very clean, cleaning services every day, the room looks exactly like the pictures!
