Location was excellent because everything was extremely close. I've been going to Ayia Napa for years, and this accommodation is one of the best I've been to, as is the host who is at your service 24/7.

The apartment is very clean and close to the city center from where you can take a bus to any of the near beaches. It is equipped with everything you need. The washing machine is very handy for light traveling. There is a 24/7 store right at the building entrance.

The owner Michael, very helpful and really nice . The apartment was close to everything ( restaurants , supermarkets ), with everything that you need, washing machine, fridge, cooker and air conditioner . For the beaches the bus station was really close.

Its proximity to the bus stop made exploring the area incredibly easy. I was impressed by how immaculately clean the studio was; it truly felt welcoming and comfortable. The studio is well-equipped with everything you might need for a pleasant stay. I appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as the provided supplies—like salt, sugar, washing pods, coffee, etc. - which made my stay even more convenient. Additionally, I had the pleasure of meeting Michael, who went above and beyond by offering me a lift to the airport. His kindness really made a difference in my travel experience. Overall, I highly recommend this studio for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

The location was great, just in the center of everything. The owners of the apartment were very hospitable and caring. They even organised the welcome transfer from Larnaca airport. And assisted in every question concerning where to go, what to see, where to eat, etc. They spoke both English and Russian. The apartment had everything one may need during holiday stay, iron, hair drier, beach towels. Five minutes walk to the beach. I will highly recommend to enjoy this room while stayin in Ayia Napa. The price and quality are comfortable for budget travellers.

First of all many thanks to Michael and his wife, they offered complimentary transport from and to the airport and also helped us a lot, they offered many details about what to see/do in Ayia Napa. Very good location, close to the city center, close to a bus station (Nissi Beach was 10 minutes away by bus). Also, there was a shop (kiosk) just outside the property, so this was great. The apartment was clean, modern and nicely decorated. Thank you again!

“Amazing stay”

The apartment is located in a very nice neighborhood with a supermarket just few steps from the entrance of building, restaurants and clubs. The bus station is only 5min, the bus station for larnaca city is in 8min walk and 15min to the nearest crystal clean beach in Ayia Napa. The apartment is brand new inside with double comfortable bed, big plasma tv with Netflix and YouTube, full equipment kitchen and nice bathroom. Last but not least Mr Michael the owner provides you very clear instruction how you go there and how to collect the key. Thanks a lot.

I would highly recommend this apartment. It is situated in a very safe area, close to shops, the beach, cafes as SIGMA( best coffee) and a plethora of interesting restaurants and clubs. The apartment was clean, tidy, and well-organized, equipped with an iron, hair dryer, washing machine, coffee machine, microwave,fridge, air conditioner, and a TV with Netflix. The bed was absolutely comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed my holiday here and would suggest it to all my friends planning to visit Ayia Napa. I will definitely book my holiday here again. Best service ever! Michael is the best host! From the beginning of the holiday, everything was perfect. The apartment is in an ideal location, near all markets, restaurants and clubs. It is equipped with all necessary things for vacation. Clean, new, neat. The super comfortable bed was a hit with the huge tv and netflix. If there was a higher rating, it would definitely be more than 10. Special thanks also to Michael's wife Arzy, who gave us all the necessary information about buses, beaches, bakeries, restaurants and the like. We had an amazing stay at this apartment! It was incredibly clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. We especially appreciated the little touches from the host, like the coffee pods and washing machine detergent being readily available. The apartment is ideal for a couple, and the bed was super comfortable. We truly felt at home here. The location is perfect—close to lively restaurants and bars, and just a short walk to the beaches. The best part was Michael's responsiveness; he was always quick to reply and very accommodating. I highly recommend this place and will definitely return on our next visit 🥰

I like this Cozy flat. There are everything u need to long stay. Staff was wonderful. I forgot my sunbag at the bus and he helped me. The next day he brings me my bag at the flat.To the end he brings us to the airport.

“AMAZING property & a super AMAZING host.”

It was my first time staying at this property, and it definitely won't be my last. Michael (host) is the friendliest person I ever come across in my many years of travelling and staying in Airbnb's. His apartment is right next to the lively area of Napa but away from all the noise. So, getting a good, peaceful night sleep is possible. The apartment has all the amenities that a traveller needs from a safe box to a smart TV etc etc. The bed is super comfy and relaxing. The communication before and during the trip has been exceptional and can't be faulted. The host does treat you like VIP guests, providing you with a 5* treatment, especially allowing me to check out late knowing my return flight was 10 pm. Thank you for going out of your way with transfers and making the trip so smooth and stress free. Your kindness has been appreciated. THANK YOU, Michael......
