“All we needed for a great vacation”
We've been in Ayia Napa 4 times now, and this is by far the best accommodation. We had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The host was very attentive and helpful, the indications received on the e-mail were very helpful. Location is excellent, near restaurants, supermarkets, coffee shops. At about 10 min of walking to the beach. It has a free parking. We didn't hear noise from the street, which is great.

Absolutely perfect base for our post-season trip to Ayia Napa. Apartment 101 was very spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Some of the interior furnishings were getting a little worn, but it didn't matter. Although the apartment is just a few steps from restaurants, shops, bus stop, marina and beach, it is situated in a quiet corner. The pool was very nice. The owner was helpful and all communication was completely seamless.

Location was very good, in the city centre but a bit more away from the clubbing are so it was still peaceful at night. Apartment was specious, clean and very nice

“Restful and relaxing vacation incl. perfect weather, with very nice and kind Cypriots.”
We had a very good experience with the provider and the apartment. The hole family has felt comfortable. Already at the beginning when we received the keys, the owner welcomed us. Very nice person and very helpful. The next day, the administration has also introduced himself and made sure that everything is ok. The location is great. In the summer you must certainly expect a little more party noise, but this is normal. Ok, it's not the newest apartement (regarding renovation), but its clean and large. This was not the last time we stay there.
