Being that close to the beach, near a cool bar and with pool for that price was really enjoyable

“Perfect summer holiday house”

Very clean, comfy house which was cleaned every second day. The sheets were changed after 3 days. Pool was cleaned every 3rd day. 3 big room with comfy beds. Location was excellent if you don't need to go to the center(which is by taxi 10 eur and 10 min or by bus. We liked the taverna next to our house amazing food, just across is caffe with amazimg wafels and ice cream. Next to the hos are 2 supermarkets. Check in was easy and it was done accross the house in the hotel. The last day we left the luggage at the reception and even had a showers at the basement floor. So convinient. The furniture is little old but we didn't mind. Walking distance to the best Landa beach is only 10 min and the same to Makronissos. We didn't use car, taxi nor bus. You have everything around, food sweet, ssupermarket, beaches. Perfect

Great villa good location regularly serviced would definitely stay again had a very minor issue with pool on arrival which was resolved straight away the owners are very good at responding to messages very happy with the service

The property was clean and well equipped, with regular visits from the cleaner with fresh towels and bedding. The pool was clean and there was lots of outside space.

Everything very nice villas perfectly comfortable pool everything perfectly fine loved staying there close to landa beach and Makronissos beach both beautiful, close to water park.

The villas are in a very good location, 10 minutes walk maximum to the beach, with restaurants and shops close. The personnel is really helpful and the villas are fully equipped which is very useful aspect.

Spacious villa, comfortably slept 6. Very clean, and a nice surprise when housekeeping visited on day 2. We don't normally expect this in self catering accommodation. If we'd known we would have left it a little tidier for them! Aircon was really good. Lovely pool, cleaned for us on day 2. Very easy to collect the keys from the hotel across the road. Parking space was very useful. 8 minute walk to the beach, small supermarket and restaurants within 2 min walk.

Absolutely outstanding location, near beautiful Makronissos Beach, shop is just 10 meters away from villa so everything you need is also in reach of hand. Also there was no problem with earlier checkin, owner was very helpful. As another advantage I can add payment at place which for us as a group was definitely easier. Nothing more to add, I strongly recommend this place, great price-quality balance, definitely will come back here one day!
