We had a wonderful stay at this villa. The swimming pool was clean, spacious, and perfect for relaxing. The villa itself was comfortable, well-equipped, and beautifully maintained. A great place for a peaceful holiday. Highly recommended!

“Perfect, loved it! Especially the outdoor area”

We rented 2 villas between 11 of us, the 2 villas were opposite each other. The pool area was the highlight - amazing, very clean, plenty of chairs, a bbq, and nice sized pool. The interior was modern with great air con units. The kitchen had everything you needed for cooking, a big fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Beds were nice and comfy with plenty of space - hairdryer and iron were included. The villas were a 10 minute walk from a stretch of restaurants, bars and shops.. and a 15 min walk to the beautiful nissi beach. It was about 30 min walk to Ayia Napa but taxis were really cheap and easy (used Bolt). The villas were in a nice quiet area. Easy check in with lockbox. Absolutely loved it!

All facilities available at the property, kitchen very well equipped. Food delivery services available. Great pool. A lot of space, both inside and outside. Great communication with the owner. About 12 min walk from the main boulevard (Garden Restaurant). We had some noisy neighbours, but the owner reacted promptly and discussed with them.

The place was very spacious and cozy for our group. There were two bathrooms with showers on the second floor and another toilet on the first. Two balconies and a large, nice pool — such a wonderful place, I highly recommend it!!!

The villa exceeded my expectations. I had the best sleep on the wonderful comfortable beds, the owners ensured the villa was equipped with everything I could possible need down to bottle openers and sewing kits. The villa is beautifully presented and exceptionally clean. The TV had an extensive choice of Chanel’s . The staff were so helpful and accommodating. Our whole stay couldn’t have been more perfect.
