Overview
Enjoying a quiet location, just a short distance from the lively Ayia Napa, these family-run apartments provide a friendly and relaxed base, with plenty of leisure facilities. The spacious, fully air-conditioned Loutsiana Deluxe Apts come with a large balcony or terrace and free Wi-Fi. Some units have a fully equipped kitchenette and there is an electric kettle, a fridge and a toaster in all. They also include a seating area with an LCD TV. A safety box is available upon charge. The large pool has a whirlpool area and is set amidst beautiful gardens. Burn off some energy in the new gym or enjoy a game of pool in the games room. After working up an appetite, the pool restaurant is open almost all day where you can enjoy a wide variety of international, local specialties, and snacks. Join in the fun with Loutsiana’s weekly BBQ night and sing along with the karaoke. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel which can take you to the centre of Ayia Napa. It’s a 5-minute drive and it has excellent shopping and nightlife. The famous Macronissos Beach is just a 10-minute walk from Loutsiana Deluxe Apts and the biggest water park in Ayia Napa is a 5-minute walk away.

“Another great stay near our favourite beaches in Cyprus.”
A great overall place that is situated to the main beaches whilst being far enough away to have some peace from Ayia Napa life. Sat near to Water World and Axartis restaurant which are both good places to visit/eat at.

everything perfect very clean beautifully decorated with a very large swimming pool super staff perfect breakfast traditional dances on Saturday evening traditional barbecue perfect bravo recommended 100%. we stayed for one night but we will definitely come back

We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation. Everything was very clean, well-maintained, and nicely prepared for our arrival. The place itself is beautiful and comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would also like to highlight the receptionist, who was extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. His friendly attitude really made a difference. Overall, we truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this place to others. We would be happy to come back again in the future.

The room was spotless and the staff was kind. We liked the breakfast, it was ok and varied but the rest of the menu not very diverse, pizza for example was very poor. The portions are big though and the wraps were good. We arrived a bit earlier than the scheduled check in time and they were kind to offer as an option to store our luggages until the check in time and had some nice time at the pool which was greatly appreciated.

The room was very comfortable, with all necessary amenities, with view to the pool, but very quiet. The breakfast was rich and tasty. The staff was polite and helpful. It is very close to services and attractions.

“Renovated rooms are nice but with caveats”
The hotel is OK located if you have/rent a car, which we did. The renovated rooms are nice and the bathroom just perfect. We were lucky to get a room with sea view as nothing is build across the road.

These apartments are really nice, clean and have good facilities. We really feel like we found a little Gem. The price was very reasonable with breakfast included. The location is on the outskirts to the centre of Ayia Nappa Strip so would need a taxi- €10-€15 It worked for me and my wife as we were out to attend a wedding in a nearby hotel so didn’t bother us being a little out the way. Staff were brilliant and the rooms were very clean and was cleaned every day. The bar man always made sure you had everything you needed. We checked in around 2320 and the bar closed at 2330 however the barman stayed open for us so we could have a drink and even cooked us a pizza so we didn’t have to nip out. Really happy with our stay

“10 out of 10!”
We had such a great time at this hotel! The staff was super friendly, the rooms were nice, and the breakfast... there was seriously everything you could imagine. One night there was even a show. Honestly, 10 out of 10! 🥰 We chose this hotel on purpose because it’s just a 15 minute walk to Landa and Makronissos beaches. Really thankful we got to relax in such a lovely place!🌴

I think it is one of the best hotels out there. It is spotless. Stuff is lovely and very helpful. The pool was immaculate. There wasn't a noise or something, cosy and felt like home actually. We had a girls trip and we had the best time there. Thanks to everybody ❤️ if we ever go back to the place, we would 100 % visit this hotel ❤️
