“We would come again”
We were three adult siblings, se we had double bed and sofa bed, both very comfortable. The hotel is in downtown, 10 minutes by walk to a nice, clean, but crowded beach. Very convenient to have lots of restaurants close by. We also did few trips around by car, it’s very life town and lots to do. The manager was super helpful and very nice to us. Also great thing about the hotel, it was well soundproofed, there were drunk guys screaming at 5 am by the pool one day and when I closed the balcony door, we almost didn’t hear them

Ideal location in the city center of Ayia Napa. Great bars and restaurants around. Fully equipped with everything you need in an apartment. Very clean, no odors and a quiet place ; white linens and towels and no odors. The apartment I stayed in can accommodate up to 4 people. I recommend this accommodation! ✅ Visited November 2025

Good parking for guests, convenient location for restaurants and harbour boat trips (less convenient for Nissi beach but then the bus stop is nearby and also there are other beaches to visit anyway).

“Cosy and comfortable stay in well-kept Hotel Apartments”
I booked this hotel for my parents who are visiting me in Cyprus. They spent two weeks in the hotel, had a spacious apartment with sea view and were welcomed with a surprise. They enjoyed the pool and their apartment a lot. They liked the location and and the comfort. It was their second stay and they will for sure come back.

“Bad”
Rude staff very let down on our last day the cleaning staff came storming into our room 4 of them and demanded we leave as they had other guests staying however no new guests even arrived that whole day !!!! We were so good to the hotel and staff too very upset want a refund

Good central location but still quiet and peaceful. Room was spotless and large. 10℅ discount in the attached Liquid Bar for breakfast and meals was good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Ample free parking.
