The villa is really good overall, the owner was amazing and very nice, he was coming everyday to check on the pool and see if everything was ok. AC is on all rooms, and you have all equipments !

The villa is perfect,it has every thing you need.The owner of the house is very friendly and kind he answers every question you ask and gives advice (restaurants beaches and more).We’re looking forward for coming again.Thank you.

“Great Villa, Fantastic Holiday”

The villa was perfect for what we wanted The villa was clean and had plenty of amenities. The pool was a decent size and bigger than expected. Nicosia the owner was lovely and was always on hand if we needed him. He also shared his knowledge of the area and places to visit

We were in the villa for 5 days, The location is just perfect! Close to all attractions, 5 minutes from the water park, 10 minutes from the port, and half an hour from Larnaca airport. The villa is clean and equipped with everything and very close to a super market that has everything we needed. The pool was clean and pleasant. The owner came to visit from time to time and always asked if anything was needed. The neighborhood is quiet and very close to the beach in a few minutes' walk. It was a good vacation and for sure we will come back again! Thank you very much Nikos ❤️

Pool and villa were bigger than we expected , we had everything we needed and the outdoor areas worked really well .

The house is beautiful and clean and has everything you need!

Everything was just as described. Besides we were in 1st of December and the pool was still functional, a joy for the kids. It is close to the bus station, so you can visit whatever you want.

Great living space and location. Pool is a great depth for younger children. Felt very comfortable.

Very nice place with great and very friendly personel. A lot of space, full kitchen equipment, good air condition. Big pool. Cool cats on place 😁 About beach - very nice, not very popular. Good for friends - can drink, have fun, swim. Near to Ayia Napa. Very near to shops, a few pubs.

Fantastic villa with everything a family could need to enjoy their holiday. The pool was never cold like some villas and gets the sun most of the day. Rooms are kitted out with extra bedding if required. Air con was a much needed bonus for the nights. Quieter location than the hustle of Ayia Napa but situated close enough to the bus stop to get in and out easily, also taxis are only ever a minute from passing by. The owner of the villa is a lovely chap, very hospitable and generous. He could not have made us more welcome and is on hand if any problems arise. Would definitely stay here again if we visit the area. 10/10

“Perfect stay in a great location!”

The location was great and the house was clean. The host was very helpful and friendly. He cleaned the pool in the mornings and we really enjoyed our stay!

Very good owner Nicolas. Very kind person. Villa is big enough for the family. Location is quiet, but it is not in the city center, so you need to take a bus or rent a car. Near the beach. We were in November, so season was closed, but the sea and the sun was perfect. For sure will come back.
