Enjoying a quiet beachfront location, in the area of Agia Napa, Ionion Beachfront Villa features a private pool with a large well-kept garden and a pool bar. “Heaven for Everyone”
Everything. From the owner Dimitris to the facilities and the beautiful location and view of the sea. I especially liked the outdoor bar. Having stayed in Agia Thekla for 20 years, I have never had a bad experience but this beautiful Villa and the professional touches of the owners make this stand out above the rest. Absolutely first class.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this villa in Cyprus! The location is unbeatable — right by the sea, with breathtaking views from every corner of the property. The private pool was spotless and the perfect place to unwind while listening to the waves. The villa itself is spacious, modern, and beautifully decorated. It has 4 comfortable bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and every amenity you could possibly need during your stay. What impressed us most were the thoughtful touches: plenty of toys and supplies for our child, beach gear, and even little essentials we didn’t realize we’d need — they thought of everything! When we arrived, we were welcomed with thoughtful gifts and a fridge stocked with breakfast essentials — such a warm and generous surprise. Even though our flight was delayed, Dimitris waited for us with a smile and made sure we felt right at home from the first moment. Throughout our stay, communication was easy, and the hosts were kind, helpful, and truly went above and beyond. This place exceeded all our expectations. It felt like a true home away from home, and we’re already dreaming of coming back. Highly, highly recommended — a 10/10 experience in every way!

“Amazing! Looking forward to coming again.”
We had an amazing vacation ! Dimitris and his wife Maria were so hospitable and nice. My Dad arrived before us because our flight was delayed, and Dimitris and Maria were so kind and looked after him until we arrived. They even brought him food. The villa was s beautiful, well kept and there is anything you need (washing machine, dishwasher, full kitchen and utensils) . The pool is clean and overlooking the most beautiful view of the ocean. The area was quiet and close by there is a very nice fish restaurant . Highly recommend

“Perfect vacation”
The villa is just perfect! Dimitris the owner is so nice, waited for us at night for two hours when we came late and Dimitris gave us food and drinks .. The villa was extraordinary, so big, with everything you need in it and of course an amazing pool and beautiful beach, with unique view and perfect location . We didn’t want the vacation to end. Thanks a lot for everything!! 10/10 easy! We will come again (:
