“Gaia hotel”

Friendly staff, clean rooms and pool area.

Overall, our stay was pleasant, but there were a few minor issues that affected our experience. There was an unpleasant smell coming from the air conditioning, and it did not cool the room effectively. Additionally, the toilet was not completely clean upon arrival. These were relatively small shortcomings, but addressing them would help improve the overall guest experience.

Clean and calm

Everything was wonderful. We travel a lot, but this hotel was the best of all! Great, sincere staff, rooms cleaned daily, convenient location, large beach, delicious food. We definitely recommend including dinners. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

“Great place to stay for families/couples. Close to the beach and center!”

The location was great, close to the beach, and a 5 min drive to the center. Shop nearby and free parking. Staff and hotel owner where great! Room was spacious and clean. Great bed, slept like a baby. Breakfast was good, maybe not a wide selection but good quality food.

The hotel is not a 4stars hotel, even some of the basic necessities aren’t available! Concerning the value of money paid it is unfair! Breakfast is a disaster! Not recommended at all

Well, don’t know where to start. We have arrived in the night and the staff was waiting for us as their reception works 24/7. Everything was great until we got into our room (which was a completely different room), we were upset but in the morning they have solved this problem and the stay overall was very pleasant! Also what I’d like to point out - the staff!! Unbelievable team! They made everything for our stay be comfortable, good, they provided us a lactose free meals as we had some family members with lactose intolerance. They were polite, kind and very friendly despite that fact, that they were working everyday (we’ve stayed there for 2 weeks). Such a biiiiig thank you to the staff and hotel overall! I won’t promise that we will be back as we love to explore new places but I totally recommend you to choose this hotel for your stay! 🤩 Thank you guys!

We had a lovely stay! The pool was great , very clean and not too busy, so we were really able to enjoy it. The rooms were nice and clean, and overall the hotel was well-maintained. One thing that could be improved is the availability of bathroom amenities, especially considering it’s a 4-star hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! 🌟 The staff was extremely nice, helpful and always ready to help - this created a cozy and friendly atmosphere. The room was clean, tidy, and the environment was quiet and suitable for relaxation. A great place for both a short stopover and a longer stay. I will definitely come back again and recommend it to anyone looking for quality service and a cozy environment!

“Clean hotel that’s close to everything you need”

A stunning hotel that’s close to the beach as well as the strip but still far enough away where it’s not noisy at night. The bus stop is also right outside the hotel making it easy access to travel to Protaras or the sea caves. The food selection at breakfast was great as well. The pool in the hotel is also a great size and there were plenty of sun-beds to use.

“Nice Hotel close to the Beach”

Hotel is located close to the beach. Rooms are comfortable, large terrace, comfortable bed, all rather new. It was clean. Also, hotel is very close to bus stations - so, all the best beaches of the area are very accessible. The staff is welcoming and kind.

Basically everything about the hotel is fantastic. Fantastic staff, very helpful and obliging staff, nothing was any trouble. Lovely clean room every day, and the all you can eat breakfast something for everyone. Highly recommend anyone visiting Aya Napa to stay there, I genuinely thought it was very good value for money.
