Excellent breakfast with lots of options. Clean pool area and general. Big pool with a nice pool bar. They offer pool towels for everyone. Big room and spacious bathroom. Perfect location. Fast lift. Very kind and friendly staff. I would visit again!

“Fab, modern and clean hotel great location”

Hotel is in a great location. Close to beach and to strip of restaurants shops etc. hotel was very clean including outside area and gardens. Very modern pool area with outdoor seating for breakfast. Selection of food was great for b&b. Costa coffee is also round the corner from the pool great if you’re a coffee lover with decent prices too.

The staff were very kind and welcoming, the breakfast was very good with a nice presentation. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel’s location is excellent, close to restaurants, stores and the port.

The hotel was fantastic, staff were so helpful, facilities were great. We loved the pool area. Food was delicious. One of the best hotels we have stayed at.

When we entered the (non-smoking room) it smelled like cigarettes. The smell was extremely bad. We also found a used tissue behind the robes. Generally, the cleanliness needs a lot of improvement. The value for the money is also pretty disappointing.

Anna was very friendly to our daughter and made sure that we had everything that we needed for our stay. The breakfast was to die for, so much variety, the rooms were very big and clean, staff was super friendly. Over all very clean hotel considering they just celebrated a 30 year aniversary. The management of the hotel is doing a very good job, and will definitly visit again. The hotel is at an almost 5 star level, I would rank it at 4.5 if there was a rating at its current state.

I was overall very happy with my stay at Faros. Location is excellent, short walk away from the action but far away enough for some noise insulation from the streets at night. Upon arrival my luggage was collected from the taxi by the porter Costas and later carried to my room for me. Anna at reception was very friendly upon greeting and always said hello when she saw me, nice feeling of familiarity as a solo traveller. Pools were kept clean and manned by the lifeguard, and the poolside bar was great (even had a staff member walking the deck chairs to take your order too!). Room size was good with a killer view. Many toiletries in the bathroom, sockets had UK plug compatibility so no adapter needed, tea and a water bottle in the room upon arrival too which was nice. Another friendly lady on reception (evening of 5th Oct, wish I got your name) even took pictures of me when I asked which was a highly appreciated gesture. Finally on checking out I could leave my luggage safely at reception to grab lunch before my airport taxi came. Top marks overall I'd happily stay again, especially since I didn't get round to trying the spa!

My stay at Faros Hotel Ayia Napa was absolutely amazing! The hotel is super clean, the location is perfect, and the facilities are modern and comfortable. What made my experience even more special was the Egyptian team working there 👏 • Ahmed and Zakaria at the bar were always smiling, friendly, and provided excellent service. • Mohamed, the lifeguard at the pool, was very professional and made sure everything felt safe and enjoyable. • And another Ahmed who was responsible for cleaning the rooms did a fantastic job – my room was spotless and perfectly arranged every day. Honestly, these Egyptian guys gave such a warm and welcoming atmosphere that I felt like I was among family. 🌸 I truly recommend Faros Hotel to anyone visiting Ayia Napa – it’s an unforgettable experience!
