A very comfortable and fully equipped studio, immaculately clean . Eleni, the owner, is extremely nice and friendly.

My son and I stayed here because it was cozy, with its own garden and cats. The owner Estia was very kind and welcoming, and even left us a homemade pie. The location is right in the center, and I drank coffee from the balcony and saw the sea. We'll be back again and again.

All in all a great place to stay. Good location, includes everything needed, and the hostess Eleni is very sweet and helpful. It is clear that she has put in a lot of effort to make it a nice place to stay. I highly recommend staying here if you’re going to Agia Napa

Very clean apartment, close to the city, located in a quiet street. Affordable. Eleni was a really nice host, we could check in earlier since we arrived at 5am. She made us very tasty pie twice. Really nice place to stay.

I would rate this place 10/10 without any hesitation! The host was extremely kind and welcoming – upon our arrival we were greeted with water, juice, cookies, coffee, and milk for our coffee, which was such a thoughtful touch. She even baked us delicious homemade cakes twice during our stay, which made us feel truly at home. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. Even though it is located very close to the city center, it was always quiet and peaceful, allowing us to rest perfectly. What impressed us most was the attention to detail and the warm hospitality – everything we needed was provided, and the host was always available for any question or request. This stay exceeded our expectations in every way, and we would happily come back again. Highly recommended!

Eleni is a wonderful and very welcoming host. The apartment is clean, comfortable and well soundproofed, so the noise from the center doesn't disturb inside. The location is slightly away from the busy area, which is ideal for couples who prefer peace. When we arrived, coffee, water, juice and cookies were already waiting for us in the apartment. Eleni enjoys baking in her free time, and during our stay she kindly left a delicious homemade cake in the fridge for us - it was really tasty. A truly lovely stay, highly recommended.

Everything was wonderful! The apartment is beautiful, perfectly clean and thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need – it really feels like it was made for girls. The host was amazing, always kind and helpful with anything we asked for. Since we had a late flight, she even left refreshments and sweets in the fridge for us. Eleni is very responsive, friendly and absolutely dedicated to her work. Appartment if perfectly clean. It is a pleasure to stay at such place where a host takes care of all the details so it feels like a home. A beatuful garden and home baked cakes speak a lot about Eleni's hospitality, but the conversations you can have with her are even more valuable. :) Looking forward to come back!

We had an absolutely wonderful 10-day stay in Cyprus – truly a 10/10 experience! The hostess, Eleni, was extremely kind and welcoming. She cleaned the apartment every three days, and everything was spotless throughout our stay. She even surprised us with a homemade cake and a traditional Cypriot sweet, which made us feel so special. When we first arrived, we were warmly welcomed with two bottles of water, juice, coffee, sugar, and some chocolates – such a thoughtful gesture. We are more than satisfied with the accommodation and Eleni’s amazing hospitality. We will definitely come back again!

I had an amazing experience staying at Estia. Rooms were clean, equipped with all the necessary amenities. Very close distance from sea and main tourist attractions. The host was very friendly, kind and caring. The garden was absolutely beautiful. 10 out of 10, would definitely recommend 🤍🤍🤍

The place was really clean, maintained and beautiful. We felt like home with all the plants and cats (beautiful and so cute). The host was AMAZING! Best place we’ve stayed at in Ayia Napa. It was really quiet at night which we liked a lot. We will definitely come back here!

Eleni is the best host, inside is very clean, the rooms are excellent and location is also great very close to the bus station, restaurants and lots of shops. The internet is good also. One of the things that made our stay in Cyprus unforgettable was our stay in the Estia Vasilis Manoli apartment. First of all, I must say that the apartment is extremely clean and Mrs. Eleni did everything to keep it that way during our stay. A clean room, clean towels, clean bed linen were waiting for us every three days. The rug in the bathroom was always new and clean. The garden that Mrs. Eleni has in her yard is priceless and a place where you can drink coffee in the shade. The only thing that wasn't right were the huge cakes she brought us, which she made herself and then just leaves them to surprise you when you come back from the beach.Thank you so much our dear Eleni:))))

I join all the very positive opinions posted by Mrs. Eleni's guests. I confirm that Mrs. Eleni is a wonderful hostess who cares about her guests as her friends. She makes wonderful baked goods and shows great kindness. As for the house, the room was very well equipped. Water and juice were in the fridge on arrival. Next to the house there is a roofed place full of flowers, which provides coolness and rest during the greatest heat. I recommend it with all my heart!

Everything was amazing! The host is so welcoming she even had some snacks/coffee ready for us on our arrival. On our last day she also baked a cake. The location is also perfect!

Everything i read in the reviews for this place is absolutely true. We were very pleasantly welcomed by the host Eleni, one of the kindest people I have met, Eleni was wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed, we were greeted with juice and water in the fridge, which was refreshing after a long trip. The accommodation is very clean, it has everything you need for your stay. Also a beautiful garden and in a good location, everything is great, but I think the host Eleni makes this place special. We are very satisfied with our stay, our recommendations.🥰
