“9/10 - very happy we found this place, not over priced and great value”
We stayed at this villa in Ayia Napa for three nights at the end of April as a group of seven, and overall had a really great experience. The villa made a strong first impression — it’s genuinely beautiful, spacious, and very well set up for a group stay. The open layout worked perfectly for us, and there was plenty of room for everyone to relax without feeling cramped. The location is also ideal: just a 5-minute drive into Ayia Napa central, so close enough for convenience but still quiet and private. The outdoor area was a real highlight. The pool, hot tub, ping-pong table, and barbecue setup (with its own sink and kitchen space) made it easy to spend most of our time outside. It felt like the villa was designed for socialising, which suited our group perfectly. On the plus side, we felt very safe and secure throughout our stay. Check-in was straightforward with a lockbox, and although the villa was slightly tricky to locate initially, the host provided clear instructions which helped. Overall, a great stay and a solid choice for a group trip — especially if you’re looking for a spacious villa for a good price, with good amenities and a convenient location.

We had an amazing stay at this villa estate. The property to a very high standard with all high-spec, smart house facilities—it made everything feel effortless and luxurious. The Jacuzzi was a fantastic bonus and perfect for relaxing in the evenings. Both the indoor and outdoor spaces were incredibly spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to unwind, whether lounging by the pool or gathering in the beautifully designed living areas. Would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for comfort, style, and a touch of luxury.

Absolutely stunning place, equipped with everything you could need during your getaway. Good location, very easy to get around with parking provided and would also recommend getting Bolt app for taxis. Great value for money out of season!

The villa is excellent, elegant, and modern, with a beautiful interior. Every little detail has been thoughtfully considered. The host is very responsive and provides pleasant communication. All city restaurants offer food delivery through an app.

Perfect villa for holidays, especially for a large family or company. Easy instruction to find place, self check-in. The management provided us with an upgraded villa, which was a huge bonus 👏 Quite private complex, modern design, warm during winter stay. Fully a/c, hot water. Spacious.
