clean, quiet and very nice host, will come back

Everything was exceptional and perfect. My friend that I have travelling a lot but this was the best accommodation that we have maybe in the top three of accommodations. Everything was great especially a host Patra. Location is perfect, cleaness is perfect, facilities are perfect. Everything was exception. 👌

Studio was nice and clean. Cleaning was also provided during our stay. Accommodation has a very good location and it is quiet. Patra is a wonderful host. Very kind and happy to help.

“Perfect stay in Ayia Napa - well deserved 10/10”

Perfect place to stay in Ayia Napa - very safe, clean and quiet surroundings. 2 minutes walk to good equiped supermarket, 7 minutes walk to the city center and 15 minutes walk to closest beach. Studio very comfortable with useful kitchen and well-kept bathroom including comfortable shower. The care from our host was outstanding - cleaning, gifts, fruits - they made our stay very pleasant. Petra is the best host you can imagine :) Well-deserved 10/10

Amazing quiet and clean studio in Ayia Napa. It was equipped with everything you need, close to the centre, bus station and to the beach. The host was very nice, left us homemade sweets and a little surprise at the end of our trip. I really recommend this place!

A very clean apartment which almost has everything that you need. The studio is very close to the city centre of Ayia Napa, just 4-6minutes walk. Lots of very good local restaurants & stores nearby, walking distance too. I wish I stayed longer, would be happy to return. Patra is a very helpful & kind a host who provided me with lots of information about the island & was quick to respond to all the questions that i had.Thanks for everything!! :)

Patra, the host made the experience unique. She came to give us the keys and explained us everything. She left some sweets in the fridge for us and the room was very cleaned. She gave us many advices and took care of everything. The gave us universal adapters for the plugs too. If I come back to Cyprus (that I will) I will definitely come back here. 10/10

We felt welcomed at Chicos Studios. Patra is a great host, she made sure we had everything we needed. The location was close to the main street, but in a quiet area.

The apartment was very nice, new and clean. There was everything that we needed. The location is very good also, its very close to the center. Patra is the most amazing host we have ever had. She was very kind and helped with anything that we needed. She suggested places to visit, taverns, even a very nice taxi driver for our stay there. She also had left us souvenirs and small sweets for a welcome and goodbye. If you are thinking about going to Ayia Napa, book your stay here you will not regret it.🥰

The place is great! Located in quiet area, far from crowds and parties, close to ones of the best taverns in town. Studio is extremely clean and well-kept with everything that you need. Patra is very, very kind, nice and helpful!

An Unforgettable Stay at Chico Apartments My brother and I had the pleasure of staying at Chico Apartments during our holiday in Cyprus — and I can confidently say we’ve never experienced such outstanding hospitality. From the moment we arrived, Patra, our host, made us feel not just welcome, but truly cared for. She is an extraordinary person with a genuinely warm heart, and her dedication to her guests goes above and beyond anything we've ever encountered. The apartment itself was absolutely beautiful — spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and clearly cared for with love. The description mentioned a fully equipped kitchen, and it absolutely delivered. We had everything we needed to prepare our meals comfortably, which was such a pleasant surprise. In the past, we’ve stayed in places where “fully equipped” meant the bare minimum, but here, we didn’t have to second-guess a thing. On arrival, we were greeted with thoughtful little touches — sweet treats laid out on the table and two cold bottles of water waiting for us in the fridge. After a long journey in the heat, this small gesture made a big difference. It’s details like these that set Chico Apartments — and Patra — apart. Every third day, we received room service, and the apartment was refreshed and cleaned beautifully. Each time, there was another little surprise waiting for us on the table — a treat that brought smiles to our faces after long days of exploring. One day, we even found a slice of Patra’s homemade cake in the fridge — and it was absolutely delicious. It’s this kind of warmth and personal touch that made us feel like we were staying with a friend, not just renting a holiday apartment.

We had a great stay at Patra's place. She is very kind. The apartment is nice, very clean and has everything you need for stay. Location is also very good. Near bus stop, near everything but enough far from louder part of Ayia Napa.

Chicos Studios is a very cozy apartment in a quiet Aiya Napa neighborhood. It is 5 minutes walk from central square. At this square is bus stop for all the city amd intercity lines. Patra was very welcoming host. She has answered at all my questions and gave us very helpfull advices regarding were to eat and what to visit. The apartment is cleand every three days and she always left us sweets in the fridge.

Patra was really kind and helpful, recommended beaches, cafes, restaurants, and food to try. Chicos is located near a good supermarket - Eleni & close to the fruit market, so we had a convenient place to buy snacks, food, and bottled water. Chicos apartments are cleaned regularly, every 2 days, kept sparkling clean and there were some really cute sweets left, each time. The place is good enough - fully equipped room for 2 people. Just the AC is a bit powerful, don't stand under it :) If you are to work or sit on the table in the room, just move it away from the AC, if you want it on. The terrace is enough to sit and have a beer and a bite outside, it is just really sunny in the morning - you can sunbathe on the terrace :) The apartment is quiet, despite the fact that is almost near the main square and really close to the bar street.

Very helpful and friendly host. The studio was lovely and comfortable, located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. It's situated in a local area, not a touristy one, and very close to a well-equipped supermarket.
