I can't believe the huge size of the house, 3 large bed rooms and all rooms are fitted with air conditioning unit. With the size and rate, it's really bargain. The house is close to amenities - 4-star ranked restaurant, so u don't have to travel far to get a decent dinner. Location wise it's very close to expressway ayer keroh exit, so don't have to face Melaka traffic jam during peak holiday period.

“Fantastic, efficient in communication, clean and location is easy”
Communication between owner and us were efficient and we had no problems getting to the location. All facilities were in good condition and comfortable. However, one of the room light was not functioning and it was inconvenient as that room has no windows.
