Avoid This Apartment – Totally Different from the Pictures! I had a terrible experience staying at this Apartment. The unit was completely different from the pictures on Booking.com. It was dirty, smelly, and felt extremely unclean. There were no basic amenities like toilet roll, shampoo, or shower gel provided. Worst of all, I even found the previous tenant’s underwear left in the toilet—absolutely disgusting! The bad smell in the unit triggered my sinus issues, making my stay very uncomfortable. On top of that, customer service was horrible. We called multiple times to request the missing toiletries, and after more than an hour, they finally sent them over. Even then, the staff picked up our calls with an unpolite and inpatient attitude. To make matters worse, the Apartment was very difficult to find, adding to the frustration. Overall, this was a terrible experience, and I do not recommend staying here.

Lift breakdown the mornung i check out. Almost got trapped in the lift . Door didnt open at Ground floor. It go back up to 5th floor. I had to carry my luggage to GF using stair

Water heater was not working,stayed 5 nights but no want came to change rubbish bin,no new towels,called someone who arrange the booking but he never responded to my request and never reply my message. So it’s good to stay only 1 night
