1. Friendly and helpful staff. They even helped resolve luggage issue with a staff at the train station (foot of the hill). 2. Kitchen staff was flexible enough to accommodate my request for breakfast. 3. Love the terrace and garden that overlooks Georgetown city 4. Free entrance into the mini bird park

Not recomended this hotel at all.. female indian receptionist was rude and very unhelpful.. the hotel management was also irresponsible and unwilling to help me with the online reservation problem.. they are not willing to help their guest!! veryy bad service.. i will not recomend this hotel to any one, pls do not book this hotel if you do not want any problem.

The servings we had were very much on the meagre side even if the food quality was good and competence of the chef clearly demonstrated. I urge management to consider addressing this as the prices charged here are at least twice of similar food at the food court. A can of beer for rm22 is hard to swallow when similar can at the supermarket is rm7.50. Again, I urge management to review its pricing policy.
