The hosts couldn't have been more accomadating. Friendly, helpful and really helped provide a fantastic experience for our family. The breakfasts were so good. Easily the best of our entire vacation. Fresh local food, as much as we needed! The pool area was fantastic. Relaxing on a warm day with food and drinks listening to the sounds of the valley and the cicada's was a highlight of our trip.

This is a secret paradise! The place is just beautiful. The rooms are very spacious, lovely decorated and so clean. Sirem and Jason are so friendly and welcoming. Thank you and we’ll be back!

“Place to refresh and relax”

The rooms, fresh air, lots of cats, a few dogs, the pool and most of all the owners were so genuine and down to earth, they would take their time to explain everything very attentive and always happy to keep an eye on our little one, the location is also great for visit around the area a lot of places are 30 to 40min drive max. Would definitely recommend and will be back sometime soon.

Ionia Guest House is hands down one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. We instantly regretted only booking one night here. Sirem and Jason are the kindest hosts you will ever encounter; you will feel at home within seconds. We look forward to our next visit… and definitely for more than one night!

Jason and Sirem were friendly, welcoming hosts. They created amazing breakfasts and dinners. They even ordered in pizzas for us! Their peaceful location was perfect, the villa comfortable and cool. The pool was great too. They’re ideally located for visits to many ancient sites and the coast, but at the same time for ‘getting away from it all’. They love animals and have a few beautiful resident dogs and cats.

“Unbelievable Hospitality”

Wow! Ionia Guest House is truly a hidden gem. It is located beside an olive grove in a rural area not far from Aydin. It was the perfect place to use as a launching pad to explore various ancient cities in the area (Ephesus,Kusadashi,Magnesium by the Maender,Miletus, Priene,Pamukkale). What was truly special about the Ionia Guest House however, were the hosts Jason and Shiree. It is obvious that this is their passion as their only goal was to see to, and attend to their guests’ every need. They were helpful, friendly, and wore their hearts on their sleeves. They went above and beyond in helping us sort out any problems we encountered and will always be thankful. The room was spacious and clean and the swimming pool was wonderful at the end of a hot day. Breakfast and dinner meals were fabulous with tasty food and big portions. They also had a laundry service for a very reasonable rate where they charged by the load and not by the item. The Ionian Guest House is a place we will always remember fondly.

Super friendly hosts, giving you a true welcome and genuine experience. It’s an amazing place they created. We stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed a wonderful home made diner which easily matches with a good restaurant experience. If you are looking for an experience out of the ordinary tourist areas this is the place.

Simply everything. We had an incredible stay at this eco-friendly guest house, surrounded by stunning nature. The breakfast was delightful, and we loved the presence of so many cats and dogs. The hosts and staff were exceptionally kind and always ready to help with a smile. Their warmth and genuine hospitality made our stay unforgettable. It is very remarkable that Siren and Jason planned and built everything by themselves. The result is a little heaven in between fig trees :) spacious rooms, cooling pool, delicious breakfast, caring hosts and very nice staff! We had a great time with our little one, would like to come back for more inshallah 😊

“My Advice: Make It a Stop on Your Journey”

I have to write an extraordinary review for this magical place. Unfortunately, I only stayed for one night, but Jason and Sirem made me feel like I had been there forever. I went home with a bag of the sweetest figs and a literary recommendation (already enjoyed). I left feeling recharged from the weariness of my journey. Despite my broken English, we talked for a long time; they are wonderful people, and the place is a rare gem, close to all the main attractions yet as authentic as a countryside home, and still as comfortable and, in its own way, luxurious as your own home. Some of the views are breathtaking, and the nearby village is rural. Their relationship with the land and the animal kingdom is one of complete harmony, almost equal. In short, I will return.

“Great escape, wonderful hosts and self-built lodges with working garden.”

Such an amazing escape from the busy towns and city. A beautiful working garden, cats, dogs, tortoise, a beautifully maintained pool with stunning view and sun-set, personally built lodges were amazing and clean, with its own veranda and mini I garden. Breakfast was delicious and varied. The hosts were a wonderful couple, full of stories, local & world knowledge and could have talked the whole day away!! I would most definitely recommend.

Wow! What Sirem and Jason created here over the past years is incredible. The four rooms are spacious, cosy, super clean and very comfortable. The pool area is super nice and was much appreciated with the heat wave we had during our stay. The breakfast is mind-blowing! If you have the chance to have dinner here go for it. Sirem will pamper you with fantastic Turkish home cooking. In short we enjoyed our stay thoroughly and Sirem and Jason are amazing hosts. Lots of activities to do in this area. You can easily spend 2-3 nights here.
