Great facilities - big (shared) kitchen dining area and terraces, pool and views. All thoughtfully designed with fun individual furnishings. Very good breakfast and nice to have host in residence to greet, explain and answer questions.

The host Vincent was exceptional . The location is very good . The breakfast and food facilities was excellent . The quality of the room was very good . Very easy to walk to the centre of the city . Car parking facilities excellent next to the location and free .

The accommodation was clean and well equipped, with amazing views over the town and river Guadiana. Vincent was a superb host and provided a really excellent breakfast. We were the only guests at the time so we enjoyed the space and extra privacy. If we pass by this way again, we will definitiely stay with Vincent.

First of all it was no problem to check in late. We arrived at 11 pm in the night and still got the whole tour of the kitchen etc., was no problem for the owner. The owner provided a selfbaken cake for brekfast every day. The breakfast was decent with fresh bread, yoghurt and fresh orange juice. Another plus was that we could do our laundry there. A lot of the stuff like plates and towels in the apartment are from local stores in Ayamonte. The owner is really friendly and in you room you will find a binder with his recommendations and advice to what you could do or visit during your stay in Ayamonte.

This was our second visit to Ayamonte and the location was great. The room was modern, clean and comfortable. There was a separate breakfast room which was fully equipped with everything you could need to make a breakfast including fresh milk, bread and eggs. We liked the fact that we could meet other guests at breakfast and at the pool area. Vincent the host was extremely helpful and was always on hand to answer any questions we had.

This property is beyond exceptional and all positive reviews are true. The room was stunning and the balcony had a magnificent view over the river. The pool was a huge plus! Breakfast was not even advertised in the price, but Vincent provided really nice stuff to make our own. Vincent is a wonderful host and we could not have had a better stay! Merci beaucoup, Vincent!
