La Boudrie is an elegant guest house located in the historical centre of Avranches. It features free Wi-Fi access, a garden with a terrace and a shared living room with a fireplace. We stayed on the ground floor and had the whole level to ourselves, with a private entrance and parking. The room was spacious, very well equipped, and spotlessly clean. The enclosed garden was beautifully maintained, and our dog had a great time there. Breakfast was lovely, especially the delicious baguette. Annie is a very kind and welcoming host. Highly recommended! We definitely will recommend our friends to visit if they are planning to visit St. Michael.

Free parking in the garden. Ideal location for wandering around the town. Friendly host. Only 25 minutes drive from Mont st. Michel. Our host recommended we go early to avoid the rush and it was good advice. We had ground a floor room.

“Fabulous!”
A warm and friendly welcome from our host! The room was large and comfortable and had everything you could want and more! The bathroom was so nice! And all the little extra touches in the room were much appreciated. Earl Grey tea bags were provided (amongst others) which we sometimes don't even get provided in UK properties! We are used to having to take our own tea-bags everywhere so this was a nice change! It was an extremely homely and a well thought out room. Breakfast was lovely and our Host was very kind and attentive.

Parking on the property. Annie was wonderful... a kind and helpful host The bedroom and ensuite were large and attractively decorated, with a comfortable bed and bedding and effective shutters, and we slept really well. Lots of thoughtful touches, such as a kettle, adaptor plugs, magnifying mirror, etc. The breakfast was in a lovely dining room overlooking the walled garden...lots of choice and the homemade rhubarb and banana jam was a hit. Thank you Annie!

“Central very comfortable good host”
Annie,the owner,was very attentive and knowledgeable,she spoke good English and gave good restaurant recommendations. The property was very central in the town and had its own parking.
