Just 300 metres from Paleopolis Beach in Avlemonas, Anemes is a whitewashed building featuring self-catered rooms with a veranda overlooking the Aegean Sea, Kythira’s landscape and the garden. “Gorgeous hotel for staying on Kythira”
We spent an absolutely marvelous time at Anemes, Pascal and Anna are incredibly friendly, kind and helpful hosts, you can tell that their gestures and the care they provide as hosts comes from the heart. The breakfast is individually, as well as freshly prepared every morning and absolutely delicious. Not to mention the location, it is simply gorgeous, if you have your window open you will fall asleep and wake up to the soothing sound of the sea. It is also a great starting point for adventures around the island, and there’s a beautiful beach right down the road (Pascal & Anna will also gladly recommend you what to experience and visit during your stay. Their recommendations never failed to amaze us!). For us, our stay surpassed every possible expectation and we will most definitely be returning!

“Amazing spot in Kythira”
Beautiful studio, nice and spacious with a big bathroom, kitchen and balcony. Anna and the rest of the staff were lovely and helpful. Location is great, short walk into town to the restaurants and swimming spot. Everything was perfect. Highly recommend!

We loved Anemes, the location is quiet on the edge of town, with wonderful views! Our room was really lovely and the deck provided a nice space for breakfast. Breakfasts were really good with a large selection and great service.

The location was perfect for us it was a short walk to the beach, and to the center of Avlemonas. We had amazing views of the landscape and ocean. It was peaceful and the breakfast was excellent!! Our hosts for very kind and we hope to back one day. What a memorable stay.

“Highly recommended-the best breakfasts”
Large apartment with huge shaded patio. Great for a long stay at Avlemonas. Pascal was a super friendly host and Mathilda was a great cook. We had the most amazing breakfasts every day. The best breakfasts on our whole trip. Very quiet and peaceful and convenient for Limni Beach. We walked there in 45 minutes but just a few minutes by car.
