“Recommend!”
Location is perfect for accessing beach on foot and for exploring whole island by car\motorbike. Quite place, causy room, not big, but well equipped, very stilish and nice looking, bringing you to atmosphere of a bit ascetic, but convenient and pleasant island life. Anastasia is very wellcoming, helpfull, communicative and with attention to every detail for ideal vacation.

“Perfect. You don’t need a sentence.”
The whole experience was an absolute pleasure. We arrived at the accommodation and we were greeted by the owner who was looking out for us and told us where to park etc. The rooms were spacious, extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean. There was everything you could possibly need for your stay.

“Excellent location, close to the golf, in a cozy village, and Anastasia is a great host!”
We made the reservation in the afternoon of 28 october, 1 day before our arrival in Cytheria island. Soon we got a call for our guest, Anastasia. She told us she is happy to host us, but we have to know that in november there is no taverna open in Avlemanos; if this create a problem for us, she is ready to contact Booking, explain the situation and ask them to cancel the reservation. Now, to do this, you have to be a honest guest, really devoted to customers wellbeing! As the French say ”Chapeau Anastasia”!!! So, we ask her if in the neighborhood there are open restaurant, and she called us few minutes later and send us a list of the taverna still open until november 1 in different villages of the island (which is not a big one); and also advised us to do some shopping before arrival, so we can cook inn the kitchen of the apartment. We spend 4 beutiful days in the island, Anastasia give us a lot of useful advices, and for us, from now, Cytheria means Anastasia!!!

If you are traveling to the island of Kythira, the place to stay is definitely Anastasia's! Is was perfect, clean and comfortable, Anastasia -the owner is kind and helpful, the place is perfect for an unforgettable vacation! There was a free park place, Wi-Fi with perfect quality!!!

Anastasia was a fantastic, friendly lady where nothing was a problem. She left a plate of cookies, which came in handy when a bit peckish between meals and outings. The room was a great size, and the kitchen and amenities were great. Loved the bathroom, too. Had all you needed. Lovely balcony area

Location, hospitality, serenity. Anastasia took great care of me. Beautifufl plate of koulourakia and tea and coffee with milk and sugar available. she helped arrange a driver who took me all over the island and helped me make my ferry connections.

“Beautiful and quiet place to be 😊”
All 😊! Anastasia is a Great host, a beautiful person, and the studio was exactly what I searched. So Near from the Sea (2 minutes and you are in the Amazing bay of Avlemonas and 10 minutes to Paleopoli Beach), very comfortable and clean, and the best, a quiet place with terrasse front view on beautiful mountain in the studio 😌🙏 and view sea on the side of the place.
