Overview
Piccolo Fiore is located in the city centre of Avio, 2 km from Avio train station and the A22 Highway. It features air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi and free private parking. Very quiet, excellent facilities and friendly staff. Supermarket 2 minutes walking distance. Good airco, very clean. breakfast was more than generous in terms of options (brioche, bread, butter, jam, ham, cheeses, fruit, coffee, water, yogurt). possible to safely store your bicycle

We stayed in the accommodation for one night. It was a nice place to stay and we felt very comfortable. The air conditioning was very helpful as it was over 30° outside and nice and cool inside. The staff were very friendly and helpful. And we have nothing to complain about. We were allowed to put our bicycles in the lockable garage. We can therefore recommend the accommodation.

“Highly recommended!”
The hotel is located in a convenient area and the rooms are comfortable with nice hot shower and air conditioners. The only downside was a super slow WiFi, which meant the Internet was nonexistent so it was a bit difficult to gather information to plan our trip during our four-day-stay. However this was offset by the friendly and efficient staff. Most of all, we were fascinated with the fabulous Italian breakfast that we looked forward to every morning. We will definitely come back for our next visit to Avio.

“Great stay in a lovely location”
We got a very friendly welcome on arrival, the room we had was large and had access to a large terrace as well. Efficient air conditioning was appreciated on a very warm day. A supermaket was located only a short walk away, and the town, though small, has a lot of character. We were able to park our bicycles in a garage out of sight of passers-by.

“Great stopping point near the bicycle path!”
The owner was very friendly. She spoke very little English and I speak very little Italian but we mimed our conversation and it worked out just fine. Nice little hotel, actually nicer than the pictures! Very clean. There was a garage where we could park our bicycles. Breakfast was excellent!

“Exceptional value and a comfortable place to stay.”
It is very easy to find and we were made to feel very welcome on arrival. The rooms are quite simply furnished but well looked after, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included in our room rate and was served in the adjoining cafe. It included a generous selection of cold meats, cheese, yoghurt, fruit, bread and pastries. Parking is directly in front of the hotel and free. In all, exceptional value.

“Great little family run hotel offering an excellent breakfast to start the day.”
This was our second year at this Hotel and it was as good if not better than our previous visit. Nice family run hotel in an excellent lodcation for either an overnight stay or a few days to explore the region. As ever the breakfast was one of the best continental breakfasts I have experienced.
