Carlos and his family were very kind during my stay, and the apartment was in a great location. However, my experience was overshadowed by an unfortunate issue after checking out. The owner falsely accused me of taking towels that were never provided. Upon check-in, only two bath towels were available, and there were no hand towels, which made things inconvenient. After leaving, I was accused of taking four towels, which was completely false and very upsetting. This kind of false accusation really damaged my overall impression of the stay, and I would recommend future guests to carefully check the items in the apartment when checking in. This comment acknowledges the good qualities of the hosts but directly addresses the issue in a constructive way, warning future guests to be cautious.
