The location was excellent, step outside the door bars and restaurants galore. The underground secure parking was excellent and included in the price. The car park attendant deserves a shout out the machine did not read our number plate correctly - he was on it immediately telling us there was nothing to worry about & we wouldn’t have to pay. Although in the centre the apartment was surprisingly quiet.

The apartment has a good location, close to parking and the old town. Lots of pub, restaurants, has it over below the apartment. Friendly and helpful owners, easy to communicate with over WhatsApp.

Friendly,helpful host. Tastefully decorated, well thought out accommodation. Very comfortable bed, good shower and well planned kitchen. All very clean. Great location. Would definitely recommend.

This is a lovely apartment very near all of the old town. It was very clean and a great shower. Check in was smooth and we could park our car very near in an underground car park complimentary. I would stay here again. Thank you

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Avilés. The interior is well thought out and every detail is perfect. From the exposed brick to the recessed lighting this apartment feels welcoming and warm and we were sorry to leave.
