Overview
Hotel Oliva is a recently restructured, family managed establishment, set in the heart of Aviano, where it provides a peaceful, pleasant and comfortable environment ideal for all kinds of stay. The hotel is in proximity of the Aviano Air Base, of Pordenone and its commerce Fair and of the Piancavallo ski resort. There is also a public transport company running direct connection shuttle buses from Venice Marco Polo Airport and stopping at only 300 metres from the hotel. Staying at the Oliva in Aviano you will be surrounded by the Dolomites and Alps Mountains, close to the Adriatic Sea and to beautiful and worldwide famous cities like Venice and Verona. Enjoy the Oliva’s comfortable rooms, its sociable lobby, the public balcony with barbecue corner and a host of commodities on the first floor. The hotel also offers a pizzeria/restaurant offering tourist and à la carte menus.

Personnel was great! Extremely tidy and functional hotel - maybe recently renovated as everything seemed brand new. Parking on the was convenient and secure. The breakfast was one of the best ones I've seen. The restaurant next door was very good.

“Great value for money! One of the best hotels in Italy”
Perfect hotel in Aviano, great value for money, location, parking, spacious and clean room and bathroom, little balcony. The most important thing for me, since I travel with my dog is that the hotel is full pet friendly, and this one was superb in that regard. The staff was super friendly and they were there to help with anything but at the same time they do not hover over you, which is great. Excellent breakfast, 24/7 coffee, tea, water available at the hotel restaurant for free which was a nice surprise. There is nothing I didn’t like about this hotel and I’m always on the road. Highly recommended and will definitely come again when I’m in the area. The local pizza place with a delicious pizza/pasta nest door. Very convenient. The staff spoke perfect English! Which for Italy is a rare thing.

This hotel (which from the outside you wouldn't guess) is one of the best value-for-money-places ever! I'm not known to exaggerate, but I can recommend it without hesitation: Staff, Room, included Services, cleanliness, secure parking, central location. What more would you want? I'll be back! ;-)

Love the location, quiet yet in walking distance to stores & restaurants. Parking available & included. The front patio is so relaxing, sit & have a beverage, eat take out meal, play a game. Breakfast is a great mix, you won’t go away hungry. They leave out the fruit & some side snacks for you to enjoy when you need a snack; coffee & tea 24 hrs! The staff are the best! They allow pets to stay with you… no hassle either, only a small daily fee!
