“Great spot, not to be missed to explore the Locarno region”

Great location and facilities. We wanted to explore Valle Maggia and this was the perfect spot - easy to get up the valley and 10mins into Ascona.

Very quiet and peaceful campsite. The staff were super helpful and the access to the river spaces were really really good. Whilst the cabin was quite small our family of 4 fitted in pretty well and for a 4 night stay it was ideal.

This is a very nice campground in a great location by the river. We stayed in the a Family Bungalow with Shared Bathroom. The room was a tight fit for a family of 4, but we were only in the room at night while we slept. The facilities are very clean. The restaurant is fine but it gets expensive to eat every meal there. The river was the highlight, great rock hopping and swimming in icy water. We will come back again.

Lived that is in the middle of nature, all facilities are really well taken care of, the personal is super friendly, everything is close by, you absolutely have everything you need!

“Fantastic spot to stay”

Very nice facilities and everything you would need for a holiday. Great for families! And great for anyone who loves nature. The cabins are so well maintained, the playground, pool, lake all great. It even has a small shop on site (v reasonably priced), a restaurant, laundry, gym. Etc. The staff were also so helpful. Couldn't fault anything

We LOVED this place. Had a great stay here, the kids loved it, the site is very clean, perfectly located minutes away from Locarno, situated ideally between Versazca, Centuvalli & Maggia. There is a great convient store & restaurant at site, so it was a very good solution for breakfasts and dinners and above all, the amazing Maggia river just a footstep away.

- Next to the river, Nice playground for kids. Shop on site. - Chalet looks nice, sofa bed is enough for 2 (I slept with my baby). bed linin provided. - Good air climate system (both heater and air con works well) - Food (lunch & dinner) onsite was great choices and yummy.

“Super Familien-Camping, wir kommen gerne wieder”

very nice to stay with the kids: big enough playground, direct access to the river, nice restaurant with good opening hours. Bus station is not far, otherwise it's also not far from the city. We stayed because of the Lugano Triathlon, next year hopefully again but longer.

The camp staff are super kind and professional, speak many languages and always willing to assist to make your stay great. Big thank you to them! 😀 Facilities are excellent, modern and kept very clean. A highlight is the location. Right in nature in the Maggia valley next to a beautiful, rugged river.

Fresh wooden houses, comfi beds, bed linens and towels are there. Microwave and small fridge👍 The facilities in the camping are also great (warm WC, restaurant). Overall very beautiful and family friendly camping.

we stayed in the wooden house, it was nice and clean, a comfortable stay with the option to have some simple food prepared if needed as it is equipped with microwave and an electric cooktop. easy access to the river is a plus as well

“Fantastic location, beautiful surroundings”

Fantastic location and friendly staff. I organized a group weekend for a special occasion and the place exceeded everybody's expectations. Beautiful spot at the river Maggia, a lot of places to swim and rest at the river nearby. Close to rustico village, with hikes around. Although family oriented, there was no problem with organizing a party while adhering to quite time after 23:00. Many of my friends are impressed and that will definitely come back. The restaurant is serving very good meals and the shop has everything you need. Showers and toilets are cleaned thoroughly and often. good coffee and Aperol Spritz for 8 chf :) Bungalows are clean, modern and spacious.

Lovely area, nice atmosphere in the camping, easy to park, check-in, and then use the buses. They made up the bed in the living room for our son. Chalet was comfortable, had air conditioning, and a very nice shower.

Superb for holidays with toddlers. If you are looking for a stay away from children, this is probably not for you. Our toddler loved it, and she explored independently and felt right at home. The beautiful Maggia is right at your doorstep and is fun for adults and children alike.
