I booked an appartement with 3 beds for my family and the manager refused and insisted to give me an appartement with only one bed and sofa other wise i should cancel my booking and lose the money I spent a whole week with no one to clean the room or change the towels and no one is answering your requests

The apartment looks just like the pictures. Everything is new, very clean, spacious. There is a large market just 3 minutes away on foot. The people who work there are great.
