I really liked the position of this hotel. It was very close to the many public transport routes. Easy to move across the city. The staff was polite and knowledgeable, ready to give a good advice about how you make visiting Istanbul more comfortable. Staff speak English and Russian well. I don't know about the other languages.

“Value for money.”
To put it simply, value for money. Location wise, a bit far from the main attractions, e.g., grand bazaar, blue mosque, etc. Main mains of transport, for someone like us (3 adults, 2 kids, x2 families), was taxi (which is a bit uneconomic). Apart form that, kids loved it, especially water park (Aqua Dolphin 16 mins away by taxi). Nearest shopping about 15 mins walk, its a bit hot, but enjoyable.
