“Simple island living - great place to stay”

Large and light house, big beds, lots of room. Everything you need for a simple stay in a paradise. Big green garden in the sun, but no sitting and shaded arrangements. The hosts provided drinking water, and it was cooled. A couple of minutes walk to the lagoon on one side or to the Pacific on the other side. There is no public beach, and this property doesn't have a beach, but you can easily get into the water - on the lagoon side (where the beach is owned by other hotels/guest housers) or on the Pacific side (where the beach is free and the waves are huge). Only cold water in the house, but it worked fine, wasn't a problem at all. No crazy crowing roosters to spoil your sleep, but barking dogs :-) There is an excellent restaurant and a bar in Kia Ora hotel 5 min walk - highly recommended.

the hospitality of Paeia, Balleia and their family. They helped with everything: transfer to and from the airport, bicycle to go around the island, guide about different visits, they brought me to the only supermarket that was opened on the first day as it was sunday. They were always there when i was asking something about the house. They even gave me a farewell present when i was leaving.

The owners are fantastic. I have never encountered such kind and warm hosts before. The wife speaks a really good English and took care of every detail to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their hospitality truly made my experience in Rangiroa unforgettable.The house itself is charming and well-maintained, reflecting the warm and welcoming atmosphere of its owners. They offer pick-up and drop-off services from the airport, which made my arrival and departure stress-free. Additionally, the owner's brother runs a boat tour company based right next to the house, making it easy to explore the beautiful surroundings.I highly recommend staying here if you want to experience the genuine hospitality of Polynesia and have an unforgettable stay in Rangiroa.
