“Definitely recommend this Guest House!”

We absolutely loved this guest house. The owner, Sana, went out of her way to make this our home away from home for the few days that we stayed here. We were served a delicious breakfast every morning while enjoying the magnificent view over Gorëme and the hot air balloons. Sana organised our hot air balloon flight for us and we were collected and dropped off at the guest house by the hot air balloon company. The location is great and Avanos is a beautiful little village to stay in. I celebrated my birthday in Avanos and Sana, together with one of the other guests, drove around for half an hour trying to find helium for my birthday balloons and organized the most amazing birthday cake which was left in our room as a surprise for me when we got back to our room in the evening. From the five places that we stayed at over our 12 day trip in Turkey, this was by far our favourite one! Thank you Sana!

Sana is a FABULOUS host - she even baked pastries to enhance our lovely Turkish breakfasts, served in her kitchen, with morning views of the balloons. Our rooms were simply beautiful - well appointed, comfy and very very spacious. Five stars!

Building and rooms very lovely, great location in the middle of Avanos and amazing view (could see the balloons from the breakfast floor). Host was very welcoming, gave us tips on where to go/what to do. Highlight definitely the included breakfast- both of us staying have dietary requirements and the host was very accommodating in making a large & delicious breakfast each morning. Overall, amazing value for money- would highly recommend.

The house was clean and beautiful located on the top of the hill with a mesmerizing view from the balcony , the host was great with good comunication skills and warm. Every morning we had delicious breakfast cooked by her! I would 100% recommand it to anyone!

We loved Sendian Guesthouse and Avanos. It is not in the tourism hustle and bustle but still close and covenient enough to reach. Sana is a great host and gave us heaps of tips to help us have the best time in Cappadocia. Rooms and facilities were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is delicious.

A nearly perfect stay with a most incredible host. The room was spacious with plenty of sitting space, a comfortable bed, TV, water kettle, fridge and cups and glasses. Sana is an utterly helpful host who never tired of giving tipps and ideas. Her breakfast is more than anybody could eat. Thank you Sana!

“Comfortable and Clean Guesthouse”

It was interesting experience to be in a real stone house. The room was clean and comfortable to stay in. The breakfast was delicious. You can also enjoy a beatuful view while having a breakfast. The house is a few minutes away from the city centre. There are many restaurants and cafes nearby. There was a fast Wi-Fi. The owner of the house was very kind and polite.

Lovely roof terrace with a nice view including the balloons in Göreme. Very tasty breakfast. Sana does everything to make you feel welcome and like at home. Comfortable bed, spacious rooms, nice terraces and a simple small kitchen. Great place where I really felt at home. Even after a week it was hard to leave. I would immediately choose that place again upon coming back to Capadocia. Almost a perfect place.

Our host Sana is the most charming and friendly. We had very late check-in and she was there waiting for us, we asked for taxi and it was no problem, tips provided for our stay, we asked for a rental car and we had it delivered at the hotel. I particularly loved the style of the very small guesthouse, it's finished with local stone which makes it charming and adds a touch of rustic but still feels modern. Breakfast was fantastic, a little bit different every day and the view from the terrace is amazing. It was a really good choice to stay in this town to visit Cappadocia. Feels very authentic compared to Neveshir.

I loved absolutely everything. The location is great, easy to come by car, and parking is nearby. Our host was very helpful. Avanos is a beautiful little city with an atmosphere. We would love to stay much longer.

Cosy and comfortable, very pleasant and helpful host Sana who shared useful information and tips for a solo traveller. I felt very safe and it was a great refuge to come back to after long walks. Very near the local bus stop and all amenities. Loved the arched stone ceiling.

Sana is very helpful with everything. She booked a shuttle from the airport to the guesthouse for us and knows many people that offer tours in the area. She told us a lot of things about Capadocya, activities we could do and how to get there. She always made every effort to ensure we have a pleasant stay at her guesthouse. The breakfast offered a variety of food and everything one needs.
