I did not like anything because Double Tree hotel is famous of customer welcome and always respect customer decision. Never focus to customer to stay. Staff is completely unprofessional. According to staff, customer is lier. We loss 240 euro because this behaviour.

“Fantastic!!”
Everything was fantastic. The room spray they used in their halls smelled so good. One funny incident that happened was when I called and asked for an iron and the guy came with a glass of Ayran (Turkish yoghurt drink).

“A great stay at Cappadocia”
The staff is very great, welcoming and informative even with limited english. They arranged all our activities with speed. Hotel is also well taken care of.

Fabulous pool. Location surrounded by hills and near Avanos an interesting town. Breakfast was very good. Staff very helpful. Nice rooms. Easy on site parking.

“hotel is not a true 5 star hotel . staff need lessons in English language . will not stay at double tree hotels or Hilto”
spa facilities and food are good however no bath robe were provided after Turkish hamam experience , when we are asked to move to massage room across the corridor . the massage room was about 20 ward away and we were asked to come back to hammam for another wash but no big size towel or bath rob was given to cover body only a medium size towel was provided which was not suffice to cover body . when I and my husband were having Turkish bath , two person opened the door of hammam but went away on staff request but this was quite a uncomfortable experience . Turkish hammam a,massage suit and suannna are far away from each other and several people were present around swimming pool area who can watch people coming and going from Susan a to hammam in undignified way because no big size towels were given when moving from Sunna to Hammam mesuis massage girls from Indonesia and they know their job .
