Overview
Situated in the foothills of beautiful Catalina Island overlooking the town of Avalon, the Catalina Canyon Inn. Catalina Island offers an outdoor pool, relaxing spa services, and is 15 minutes’ walk from the Catalina Expres Dock. It also offers complimentary shuttle service. “Very good Hotel”
This is a great hotel! Staff are very very friendly, they make everything to have us comfortable, The room is nice and clean, the pool was heated! I highly recommend this place. Also the shuttle is fast and convenient..

“Nice place for a short stay on a lovely island.”
Nice hotel. Decent sized room. Not luxury but probably par for the Island. Staff pleasant. Well situated above the bustle of the main town. Buggies easy to get.

“Wonderful Stay with Excellent Service and Dining”
Great service, lovely room, and the restaurant inside the hotel was absolutely delicious. We were very happy with our stay and will definitely come back again. The hotel also offers a free shuttle service to and from the waterfront at scheduled times, which was very convenient.

Restaurant and bar closed which were discovered when we arrived. In the circumstances it would have been reasonable to supply a couple of glasses for drinks we bought in town - but no!

“Amazing Hotel and incredible Staff”
The staff, from the reception team to the drivers and house keeping team were all amazing and incredibly kind and willing to help. The room was spacious and had a great view. I liked that there was a car frequently picking up and dropping guests in town or at the ferry terminal so mayde it easy to go up and down hill easily.

“Confort”
It was very good our trip is a modern and beautiful hotel, the rooms are not very large but they are beautiful, also the fact that the option to pay at the hotel is not available and you will be charged 3 days before to the card that you put that it is good to know before since the application does not explain it, and when you arrive at the stay you leave 300 dollars of deposit in case they do not have extra money consider it! Otherwise, everything is super! We liked it a lot!!

The room was completely renovated and the room was really comfortable and chic. Although where the hotel is located is 15 minutes walking distance from the city center/downtown but the shuttle driver was available within 5 minutes or calling.

“The staff are ok, but not friendly nor sincere.”
When we book this hotel, it said it has it's own restaurant and bar, when we arrive, the staff said it was both closed. And the swimming pool was not heat up for the guest use, no body using the pool, and they covered the whirlpool as a sitting area.
