“Good for short stays and if you plan to be out exploring a lot”
Nicely designed apartment with lovely views. Really comfortable bed. Kitted out with everything you need and some nice little touches/offerings from Jenny. Jenny let us keep our baggage at the flat on the day of check out which helped us.

“Missleading description”
The property is deceptive and misleading. It is the bottom room of a house with the owners living upstairs. There is no mention of this in the description. We were woken up every morning at 6am by a barking dog. And footsteps from the level above us. The door separating the room and the main house was also not locked. Do not recommend this place.

“Scandi Delight!”
The apartment was perfect for us as a couple, all the comforts and conveniences of home. Great welcome pack. Beautiful views of the beach and ocean and a very relaxing atmosphere. A 15 minute stroll to Avalon village, which catered for all our needs. Easy access to local buses and plenty of lovely walks to discover. Janet and family were really welcoming, allowing us early access, helping with our laundry and even offering a lift to another town. We would highly recommend Scandi beach apartment and thank you Janet, for allowing us to stay at your lovely home Best Wishes, Andy& Julie.

“Gorgeous beachside studio”
The place was immaculate. We had a lovely night, and arrived to a gorgeous little goodie bag left by the owner to welcome us. I'll definitely be looking at Jenny's other properties for my getaways in the future.

“Be careful on the stairs”
The property is very well presented and clean. Great view across Bilgola Beach. Easy check in and departure routine. However the ground floor studio is 42 stairs up.. no railing to hang onto. As retirees we found this challenging .

“PERFECT”
LOVED the property the location was perfect for our visit just a stones throw away from 2 beaches. The host was so helpful with our questions! The goody bag was very thoughtful on arrival, and loved that the fridge was stocked with milk, jams spreads etc.
