They have not given me the room for the amount it got reserved and they were asking for just double the booked price also to the surprise they say not having relationship with Oyo or booking.com Then we as family not stayed and went for a different hotel Poor show by booking.com

“Drainage like hotel & False Marketing by Booking.com”
This is the worst ever hotel I have seen. The entire building is not cleaned and stinks like drainage. I was misguided by the photos displayed in the Booking.com, I'm thinking of filing a case against Booking.com for false marketing & promise to me with photos that shows that everything is great in the room. But nothing is good in the room & the toilet is full of rust. The reception guy took the money from me before showing the room. After I saw the room, it understand that I was cheated. When I told him that I do not want the room & return my money back, he refused & charged me 3,000 INR. I will file a case against booking.com for this in consumer court & request compensation.

the worst experience ever. went after booking with a price in booking.com and when we reach there with all our luggages and everything, the demand double the price. the staff’s behaviour was horrible. I beg you to never chose this godforsaken hotel

They are worst you will book online but they will demand you extra money for their worst services. it's totally a 2 star hotel. then they will not let you turn on ac in the room too. they say we don't know online you have to pay more. they don't listen to anything at all
