“Wonderful Stay”
It is historic as it’s the site of Van Gogh’s painting “La Maison du Pere Pilon”. Very modern, stylish and cozy decor. Though the room is small, it is well laid out and thoughtfully equipped with everything and even more than expected, such as a soft and warm quilt for the sofa. Though it is mezzanine bed, the stairs are easy to climb and we being seniors can still manage without any difficulty. The bathroom is amazing. Breakfast is fantastic. The host Paulo is very friendly, responsive and helpful. Good location within walking distance to all spots on Van Gogh’s trail. Highly recommend !

“Everything we needed and more”
Every comfort provided for, and a lovely breakfast. The location features in a Van Gogh painting. Could not have been better! Just a few minutes’ walk to the centre of Auvers-sur-Oise where you can see so many places where Vincent painted and visited, and enjoy one of the plentiful cafes and restaurants.
