“Green and pleasant”
Brigitte and Stéphane are a lovely couple and la Trolière is a beautiful historic farmhouse. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. A delicious breakfast with a view over the countryside in the morning. It's a perfect stopover for anyone driving across France, although there are also many interesting sites to visit in the area.

“Great stay - love to return”
What a fantastic stay! When we drove to La Troliere it was dark and we had some trouble finding the place (2 navigation apps were unable to guide us) but when we called, the owner was super kind to pick us up from where we were at that time. The rooms are very nicely done (pre-heated when we arrived) and the property looks fantastic. The hosts are super friendly and make a serious effort to speak English. Would love to stay here again during one of our future visits.

“Fairytale house”
It was just incredible,the whole place is just like out of a fairytale. It is even prettier than on the pictures. The owners are super friendly and welcoming! It is beautifully renovated and with love decorated. We got a delicious French breakfast in the morning. The place is clean and tidy and the whole area around just beautiful. Can highly recommend for lovebirds or families.

“Could have stayed longer!”
Location was rural- excellent for walking the dog. Hosts were very welcoming and helpful, comfortable bed and breakfast was amazing! Could have stayed longer!

A truly sensational French experience. A medieval homestead renovated to 5 star luxury. Room was huge beds comfy, lovely views from upstairs room over the French countryside. Stefan and Bridgette just wonderful authentic hosts, looked after us for anything we needed. Of course language barrier makes it hard because we don’t know French. But we all did our best to communicate. It was so quiet to sleep it was almost uncanny. My likes include: country location, quiet, no traffic, no people no modern life, farm stay . Room spacious, ammenities clean, hot shower and well presented.breakfast was magnificent home made from wonderful hosts.
