“Fraudulent payments”

We prepaid for the stay via booking.com and the property charged us again on arrival claiming booking.com hadn’t sent through the correct details. Even when they foi d this immediately after they have yet to refund the payment and are not responding to messages now

Location, the breakfast and the staff was just great! The person (Alex??) that fixed orange juice outside the hotel when mashine was broken - excellent service!!

The location is good, just outside the center of Austin. The rooms are big enough. Breakfast is good.

The breakfast offerings matched that of other hotels in the same tier. The front desk staff, both at nightly check in and morning check out, were very patient and kind to us as we resolved a booking issue. Our conversations with them were a positive experience and we left happy.

cleaning every three days and when we ask to do it they don’t come - the room oncle cleaned was disgusting (bathroom and kitchen not cleaned they just made the bed)

Breakfast was very poor, bought outside sandwiches which were tought and no flavor, no decafe, powdered eggs. had to ask to have the lights turned on, breakfast supposed to open at 7:00 sandwiches never showed up till 7:30. No housekeeping on my room second day, front desk says that is normal, they are low on staff and only clean extended stay customer once every four days. He said he told me that on check-in which was false. Pool temp was cold.
