“Very successful facility for the price”
+ It was good to have a parking service + Accommodation in Austin is very expensive but this hotel was affordable + For a hotel in the US, the breakfast options were very plentiful and sufficient. There were options from boiled eggs to yogurt + Our shampoo was insufficient in the room, they immediately supported us and gave us shampoo. + 2 elevators are also an advantage

“I had the worst experience since I have been booking hotel rooms. The front desk staff does not care”
My booking was to arrive between 8-9 am, the front desk made me sit at the lobby till 12:00 noon. Finally gave me a room by the laundry that smells and moldy. I came immediately out and told her the problem. Without apologies or offering another room. She said “I don’t have another room to give you “ I handed back the room keys and I left to go find another hotel.

The room was smelling very bad, not a comfortable stay because of that. We forwarded this to reception who would make a report. Let's hope for the next one but for our stay it was not ok. Also the breakfast wasn't to standard. 2 days the orange machine broken, the 2nd day also the wafflemaker broken and no stock of yoghurt so basically we just had a coffee....

Comfortable room and beds. Breakfast can be better. The coffee table going too slow because each cup is plastic sealed without any good reason. Recycled bin are in the room which is good. After we left we sent and email about what left in the room without any response from the hotel.

“Quiet property in a good location that could use some updating”
This was the quietest hotel I have ever stayed at while traveling. I know there were other guests because there were other cars, but I never heard any of them from my room. The location is also great to access the downtown Austin area in 10 minutes.

The breakfast was pretty standard. It was the same every morning. Sufficient.
