Nice renovated room

Middle of a construction. Gym closed and knead not informed. Extremely bad smell

Staff were great Pool was really lovely, clean and good size Breakfast was fab- good choice 24hr coffee and tea Gym was ok- treadmill and cross trainer.

We stayed at this hotel a few times, location was particularly convenient for us; unfortunately, this time it was quite disappointing. Renovation is ongoing, with workers, dust, paint smell, loud construction noises all day, in the rooms just next door. At a point the water was shut off, without any notification from the front office nor the management nor booking.com. Front office employee did not provide any updates or apologies, and just kept saying "5 more minutes" "10 more minutes" which was not the case. This went on for almost 2 hours. Unfortunately for our group, it happened at the worst time possible, in the midst of a bathroom emergency. I'll spare you the details, but it ruined our stay and trip.

Second time staying at this hotel, the location was convenient for our destination, room was clean

Has pretty landscaping on the outside that is peaceful and joyful

The staff are courteous and attentive. I think they managed the demands of a fully booked hotel nicely.

“Lovely hotel, great staff and tasty breakfast”

Hotel was perfect location for us to visit Sculpture Falls and Twin Falls. Sadly the falls were dry due to lack of rainfall but cant fault the hotel whatsoever. Jessie on reception was really friendly and helpful offering needed advice on driving with it being my first time on the roads out there! Breakfast was tasty and good selection of differnt bits. Really nice outside pool and seating area.

The room smelled terrible. I got really stuffy almost immediately. The AC was not working very well. The drain in the tub was not working. Maintenance came but it was not fixed!!!
