The staff was so helpful. They let me estly check in and late check out for free, which helped me a lot, especially when my flight was delayed. The location is perfect for the conference in downtown. In the center of all events. A lot of bars and restaurants around the corner. The famous 6th street is just 5 mins walk. The rooms are comfortable, absolutely OK for 1-2 nights

The staff were very nice ;friendly; and helpful The location was great - in downtown Austin, close to Congress. It was undergoing some maintenance but that really made no difference as it did not impact us at all. The room was very good and clean though perhaps a little small for the price. We had a corner room, which had a great view of Congress itself.

Great location for the hotel, however parking was up a hill and around the corner. Not convenient .It was also pricey for overnight. The room was very comfortable, unique bathroom layout with large window.Comfortable beds, and pillows.

“Great Rooftop, Spacious Rooms; Pillows & Wi-Fi Need Improvement”
There was a great rooftop bar with an astonishing view on downtown Austin. The room was modern and spacious.

The location was excellent and the hotel was very clean and modern. The staff were very helpful and helped when we required assistance. The rooms were quite small which was disappointing. Ideal for 1-2 nights but for a longer stay such as ours there was a lack of storage space and areas to steam clothes etc.
