“Had a great time in Austin and enjoyed our hotel.”
Staff were very friendly, room was very spacious. Daily breakfast was good. Room was clean. The hotel was close to great bars and restaurants.

“Confort at a perfect location”
Great service. Reception was helpful and very considerate. Breakfast is simple but good. Location was excelent (was there for SXSW) and the room was also great.

“Nice rooms, good location. Maybe not that set up for family stays”
Good location near Rainey street and loved our suite room, was perfect with a baby to be able to put him to sleep in another room. Also loved that it had a dishwasher and tabs provided. Shame the dishwasher didn’t actually work. There seemed to be some kind of power issue to it. But it wasn’t a big deal as we didn’t have much to wash up. The breakfast was pretty nice at the morning buffet and I liked the property had a convenient car park below. It was a shame you had to pay so much for it though. Think it was about $48 per day!

Had issues with cleanliness. Our duvet was full of hair from previous guests. Once we told them they replaced it quickly.

“Excellent for a stop over”
Good location for downtown - staff could not have been more helpful - Allan greeted us when we arrived and made us feel very well looked after. We stayed here the night before we were joining our family just outside Austin. It was ideal and also close to Austin visitor centre where we booked the “duck” tour from.
