I like how welcoming and friendly the staff are, especially Marion who is delightful. The room was clean, spacious and truely comfortable with terrific housekeeping daily. The location is convenient to key places of interest. I loved the Texas Capitol and Blanton gallery. The Clay Pit restaurant is close by.

“Pretty bad value for money. Even though I paid over $280 a day for the room, it was filthy.”
I think the only thing I liked about this hotel was its location, nothing else. Maybe also the fact that it had industrial air conditioning and the room was always cool.

Second visit to the hotel after travelling from San Antonio. Hotel is excellent. Good breakfast, friendly staff. Excellent hotel bar. Excellent location for exploring the city. Good to have a late check-out for $35 extra.

Excellent room, friendly staff. Good breakfast. Excellent hotel bar with several real ales on draft. A rare treat if you enjoy a variety of ales. Good bar food with TexMex theme. Rooftop open air lounge well worth a visit for city views.

“very bad first impression of Hilton and the US”
Almost 2 months I'm waiting for a refund for over 400 dollars for costs that were not supposed to be put to my room. They keep stalling and promising to fix it and nothing happens.

“Eclipse viewing from the patio”
The bed was extremely comfortable and the view of the capital building was lovely. Watched the eclipse from the roof top patio and that was awsome!
