“Perfect, charming stay!”
A charming boutique hotel! They’ve thought about so many details most hotels completely miss that make your stay super comfortable and they xtra special, like filter taps for instant hot and cold water, white noise machines in each room and big bottles of high quality shampoo and conditioner - not those tiny travel bottles or almost empty containers you often find! The staff are so welcoming and hospitable. It’s immaculately clean and incredibly comfortable. The building and decor are beautifully considered. It’s in a great, vibe-y neighbourhood and even though it’s on a busy road the sound insulation is great and you feel very safe. They have a free car park for guests - no extra charge. One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in.

“Beautiful boutique hotel in East Austin”
Beautiful boutique hotel. We love this place! Comfortable rooms, pretty and super clean. Everything is there (and in it´s place), well designed and thoughtfully arranged. Loved the little patio area and the filtered water (hot/cold) tea station. Great hospitality by the owner (Kathy) & a priceless service! We received fantastic recommendations for restaurants. One feels warmly welcomed and immediately at home. A wonderful place to stay in Austin. We will be back, thank you so much, Kathy!

Landline phone outside the reception that I could use to call for a taxi. Friendly & helpful staff; homely environment. Bus stop opposite & just outside. The hotel brochure on Antique & Vintage places in Austin

The reception was really friendly, eager to help, and knowledgable about the area's highlights/dining. The room was clean, comfortable, quiet, and the establishment works hard to provide thoughtful details.
