“Nice cozy hotel next to the highway and 15 min to downtown with plastic spoons and knives.”
It was close to the city center by UBER it was 15 min, yes it was on the highway but it was clean and the price was best out of all (however still expensive due to SXSW festival)

“Just an ok stay in Hampton Inn - not the best neighborhood.”
The hotel is a standard Hampton Inn BUT it is not in a nice neighborhood. I would not stay there again for that reason. The price for a game night weekend was way too much for the value of the hotel - $250 is too steep of a price for this location.

Great location. Pretty quiet consider hotels distance to the freeway. Complimentary water on arrival was nice touch in 106* F heat. Very clean room and comfortable bed. Good breakfast!

the place was horrible, we arrived and our sheets were FULL OF BLOOD!!! Nobody helped us, they did not change our room, they did not give us any help, just a couple of sheets so that we could change them ourselves. The front desk at night was lousy, rude, racist and negligent! The bathroom was disgusting, they charged us for two days of parking when we only stayed one day. They charged us 250 dollars for " smoking in the room " . Nobody smoked in the room I suffer from asthma so it's impossible, the place was horrible from the moment we arrived until we left and the manager seems to have anger problems because she yelled at us. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE PLEASE

Locked out of room. Waited in hall in the heat for 20 minutes waiting for key that worked. Never hit another working key
