“Beautiful individual house in a great location. I would definitely stay again when I revisit Austin”
This is a beautiful house in a lovely neighbourhood in East Austin. The whole house has such a great atmosphere and is decorated beautifully, it really made us feel at home and certainly didn't feel like it was a rental home.The leather armchair is probably the most comfortable relaxer I've ever sat in! We didn't use any kitchen facilities apart from the fridge so cannot comment on them. The 2 bedrooms and bathrooms were lovely and there is a room at the front of the house with a really comfortable sofa bed in. Theres a large private rear garden with BBQ etc. Parking is on street and free of charge, we always found a parking spot right outside every time we needed one. The neighbourhood is a safe one and we walked several times to some very good local bars and BBQ restaurants. We were travelling all around the southern states, we stayed in 8 properties on our trip and this was our joint favourite.

“hidden gem in east austin”
the location is amazing. i was in austin for SXSW and easrt cesar chavez is the perfect spot to be if you want a) to be close enough to all the action but b) far enough that when you get out of downtown you still have peace and quiet. the bars, the restaurants & all in all vibe in east cesar chavez was perfect. the 6 minute scooter ride to the convention center was perfect. and the house: wow. love the deco. has everything one would need. well kept ammenities. and very nice neighbors.
