“Great location, fab sized rooms, great staff and many bonuses with breakfast and evening drinks.”

This hotel is traditional, its showing a bit of wear and tear but what is there is very clean and tidy. Room size is generous. Staff are fab. The breakfast offer is excellent, great choice, lovely area. Evening drinks - again a real bonus and a nice place to hang out. The location of the hotel is perfect - almost in the middle of the two key areas and walking distance to most places. I'd recommend it - it was perfect for our stay.

Really close to the river and downtown Austin area. Staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms spacious, really good breaksfast included.

Excellent hotel and location. Right at the bridge about a 5 min walk to downtown shops and restaurants. Very easy to get around. Very safe at night. Nice quiet hotel. Good breakfast and really good happy hour in the afternoon.

For a business trip to Austin, Texas, I stayed at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Austin Downtown South Congress for 5 days and 4 nights, checking in on May 19 and checking out on May 23. While checking the charges after returning home, I found that two payments had been made at Embassy Suites. One is a payment for 4 nights and 5 days (5/19 ~ 5/23), which is a payment of 1,121.26 $, which matches the contents of the receipt received when checking out on 5/23. The confirmation number for this reservation is 82791829. The other was a payment for 5 nights and 6 days (5/19 to 5/24), and was billed at $1,302.46. However, the payment will be confirmed as an abnormal charge for accommodation that I did not stay in. Three co-workers stayed at a hotel on the same itinerary to attend the NI Connect conference, but I was the only one who was charged an incorrect payment. We first inquired with Hilton Korea regarding the above matter, and they delivered a report (case number: 207267346) requesting confirmation to the Embassy Suites by Hilton Austin Downtown South Congress hotel regarding the above matter. Please take prompt action regarding the incorrect payment information above.

“not again for trying a Hilton Home”

The television in my room was not working. Contacted front desk and was told that they would check to see if facilities was still available ad would follow back up. I never received a follow up. when you are traveling for business and getting into a city late, having the television to wind down and to follow the news is important especially if you have a large TV that's just sitting in the middle of the wall. typically as a HHonors member I will recieve a code to connect to the wifi so i do not have to register.. that did not happen, which was a bit fustrating when your trying to get connected for meetings. now I have another HH number.

Good Wifi, rooms were nice and clean. Great location to explore by area around by foot. Lots of restaurant around.

I was travelling alone and checked in late in the evening after a long day of many complications. I was so thankful for the understanding of the front desk staff who were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is well located and I enjoyed a run along the river, just a stones throw away from the hotel, during my stay in Austin. Thanks again and see you soon!
