“Never again. Worst stay in my 46 years.”

We came to this hotel because we were having work done at our house and no way to take a shower. The ONLY reason we were there was for a shower. We had no other reason the get a hotel for two nights. The first room they gave me was either occupied or had not been cleaned. I was finally give a room that was 54 degrees when I arrived sweaty and in need of shower. I then sat in the bathroom shivering for no less than 20 minutes waiting for the water to barely heat up. When my son went to take a shower the next morning at 6:30am the next day I told him not to worry that it would be up. IT NEVER DID. He tried from 7:30-9:30. We called the front desk multiple times where we were told it would eventually heat up. Around 9am they gave us a different room down the hall and the water down the hall. No hot water there either! At this point I started to ask other customers if they had the same issue. Everyone said they had cold showers. After trying all morning we finally decided to check out of the hotel that could not provide the only amenity we came to them for. They told us that it was just because everyone was showering the same time. I have never in many years of travel for work had this issue at a hotel, no matter the rating. There is clearly something wrong with the hot water. They agreed to a refund I have not received and as of today (a week later).

In total was good specially breakfast but toilet siphon was not working properly and I saw a small cockroach in bathroom and everything we put in refrigerator got almost frozen and quality of tv was not great.

Everything the rooms are clean and beds are comfortable and close to were I want to be

The location was good and close to several restaurants and shopping places with easay access to the highway. The parking was enough. The breakfast was fairly good.

Open 24 hours. Very clean Comfortable bed.

The fake eggs and sausage were not appetizing. The waffle maker was good. Coffee not so good.

Breakfast was very poor and bread was finished and they simple said they couldn’t do anything. Very unfriendly staff at reception.

Hotel is outdated, breakfast has no selection, only premade burger or waffle. One of the women receptionist is very rude.
