WOW! From check in to check out, this hotel was amazing. All staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Location was a little further away from the main buzz of the city yet still walkable distance. Yes, the rooms are small - yet for a solo traveller , everything I needed. Would certainly be a little cramped if you were sharing. Breakfast buffet was exceptional with a wide selection of healthy options.

“Nice but very cold due to the storm”
The location is very central in Austin. It has a nice vibe about it. Staff were really chilled but also very attentive. Room was really clean and comfortable. Great for single travellers.

Location was great, walking distance to most local highlights and bars/restaurants. Rooms were great, perfect for a single traveller. Compact but a great use of space. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The whole place was clean and well maintained.

We called in advance to make sure our booking was still active because we were unable to checkin on the first day of our stay. After waitning on the phone, we managed to speak to someone who told us that everything was fine. However, when we arrived to the hotel to checkin, they had already sold our rooms under the pretext that the person who talked to us didnt write anything down, so they thought we wouldn't show up. Their only solution was to tell us to find another hotel
