Breakfast was standard for being included in the price. Not great but OK. Scrambled eggs are never perfect at hotels but these were actually OK.

The room was quiet and there was free parking. There js a good Nespresso coffe machine. Good location for reaching downtown.

The staff were in particular very nice and did a great job. Even the person cleaning our room placed my child’s drawings that were on the floor neatly on her side of the made up bed. The reception and breakfast room staff were also very nice and helpful to us. Just a very good vibe overall. We’ve been a few times now.

We had a good stay. Check-in was easy and stuff friendly. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. A plus is that water and coffee are available around the clock. The gym is open 24/7 and the equipment works perfectly. The free parking was also very good. Unless it's rush hour, you can get to the city center by car within 10 minutes.

The toilet blocked and started to overflow and leaked on the carpet. This was reported to reception straight away. After an hour no one had come to room to sort the issue. We were able to change rooms after asking but this was not offered at any point. I understand plumbing issues happen but it was not dealt with in an appropriate way.

A good location for easy access via car to the city. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The gym was adequate for a small workout.

The property was well located just off the highway. There were plenty of food options around and loads of parking available. It was safe and the staff were friendly.

Chris on the desk was excellent and his recommendations were great. So friendly and helpful. The complimentary happy hour was fun. The place was very convenient and comfortable.

Everything was great, specially the breakfast. Good location, comfortable bed. Definitely will book again that place if i back to Austin.

the staff were FANTASTIC, so friendly and helpful, can't remember their names but special mention to the guy on reception and the guy on the breakfast room, BWP should be super proud of them they are exactly what hospitality is all about. I can highly recommend this hotel.

“A lot of bugs and bad cleaning”

As soon as we arrived there was stained towels, bugs that invaded the room in the night, hair in the bathtub, and eyelashes stuck on the floor from another person who had stayed there before. Theoretically, the room was already prepared for the next guest, but unfortunately, a proper cleaning was not done. My husband was bitten by an ant while trying to deal with the infestation that appeared. We woke up several times that night because they were on the headboard wood of the bed. I will never set foot in this hotel again. Fortunately, we stayed one night and then moved to another place.

The hotel is in a convenient location, and despite being close to highways, the rooms are quiet. The staff at reception kindly offered me the option of an early check-in. The bed was comfortable, and the room was spacious. Breakfast had a good variety.
